Discover the underworld of whales and the dramatic story of whaling and it’s impact On art, history and science of the southern coast of Massachsetts.  See five massive whale skeletons, the world’s largest ship model and America’s longest painting.

 

 Depart church parking lot at 9:00am for those car pooling.

 For those driving on their own plan to arrive around10:30am.

         (Drive time is 1 hour and 10 minutes (70 miles))

 

 Parking at 51 Elm St, New Bedford

 

Tickets purchased at the door – Seniors $20.00

Optional guided tour at 11:00am for $2.00 additional.

 

Lunch will be at nearby Moby Dick Brewing Restaurant.

 

The New Bedford harbor is a working fish harbor. Interesting to explore.
