Topic – Massachusetts Building Trades Unions,

The presentation will include an overview of Massachusetts Building Trades Unions, their apprenticeship as well as recruitment programs (particularly for tradeswomen and people of color) and how the trades plan to expand in this era of unprecedented Federal funding (Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, Inflation Reduction Act).

BIOGRAPHY:

Dan McNulty is Staff at Massachusetts Building Trades Unions, the state organization for Building Trades Unions across the Commonwealth. Massachusetts Building Trades Unions have more than 75,000 union members in Massachusetts with 10 regional building trades councils in the state. The state office is where Building Trades Union come together and work to change the construction industry with pro-worker policies.
