Sheryl Lindsell-Roberts may live in Marlborough, but make no mistake – she’s a New Yorker through and through. Just listen to her say “cough-ee” and you’ll know exactly where she’s from. Her love for language started early, thanks to her mother, “Captain Vocabulary.” She proudly paraded five-year-old Sheryl around, showing off her ability to spell schizophrenia and other difficult words that no kindergartener has any business knowing. At the time, Sheryl would have preferred being paraded around in a tiara, but in hindsight, it was the beginning of a long-term career she absolutely loves.
